With the holidays finally behind you, wouldn’t it be nice to devote some time to taking care of yourself for a change? Aren’t you simply exhausted from the holidays? After all, with all the running around you’ve been doing, shopping, cooking, baking and gift wrapping, don’t you deserve a break too?

Now imagine seeing an image of yourself the last time that you enjoyed something just for the fun of it. Where were you? What were you doing? Was it a bubble bath, or perhaps a stroll in the park, enjoying a pedicure, manicure or even a massage? The sky’s the limit! These are all wonderful little things that you can do to deliver a quick pick me up and add sparkle to your day. It’s up to you to decide that you are worth the extra time and effort.

Sometimes making the decision to take better care of yourself means setting better boundaries. When you set a boundary, you teach people how to treat you with loving kindness… and that’s a good thing.
