A few years ago back in 2006, I once got coaching from a mentor of mine who completely changed my ideas about food and my body. What he taught me enabled me to discover that I never had to diet again in order to feel at ease around food. I also learned that it was my anxiety and body hating thoughts that were fueling my binges. As I gave myself permission to eat the foods I loved, the binges became fewer and fewer. I’ve lost 28 pounds over the past year and I’d like to show you how you can do the same without depriving yourself of the foods you love.
